The room itself was excellent, quiet, clean and well cared for. The main restaurant lacked energy or music to entice us to have a meal or even a beverage.
We did not appreciate on check out this morning the suggestion of a discretionary gratuity for the staff which equated to $250 CDN for our 7 night stay. The invoice was presented and we declined. No final checkout receipt was received.
As well the cc deposit taken on arrival Sept 24 for our 7 night stay of $934,CDN is yet to be returned/ credited to our visa. Disappointing!

The Hotel is a beautiful place to stay. Close to train station, the Palace, as well as many iconic spots .
The room was very spacious as we received an upgrade. Thank you!!!
Comfy bed, clean bathroom and very quiet. Highly recommend.
