This is by far the best hotel in the area and the price makes it unbeatable. The staff is super friendly, rooms are clean, beds are comfortable and fresh coffee 24hrs a day! Best of all, it wasn't noisy. I stayed 24 nights and not one issue. I don't normally do reviews but this place deserves a great review.

Iowa pheasant hunt. 4 rooms, 4 guys and 4 dogs. Clean comfortable beds( I covered with sheets from home) rooms look to have been renovated recently, the grounds were clean even though there were lots of hunting dogs(yes we picked up waste) and friendly staff. My only complaint is my mini fridge was frosted up badly. Needed defrosting!

The room and hotel was clean. What I didn’t like was there was no elevator to the second floor. The person who checked me in assigned me a room on the second floor and did not ask me if this was okay. I only found out there was no elevator when I asked where it was. He did move me to the first floor when he saw I was not happy.

The room was ok the bathroom was not. The floor tile by the shower has failed and the subfloor is rotting and spongy. $50. Extra per night with two dogs for three nights seems a little steep for a room of this quality. The staff was very kind. It’s good enough for a guys and dogs hunting trip. We rented three rooms for three guys. I’m sure that I will be back.
