"Staff was great at check in and check out. The bed was comfortable but the shower had some mold and the shower amenity pumps were empty. It was definitely a $100 room. "

"I was disappointed by the level of service at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson. Specifically, the Front Desk/Housekeeping staff was unhelpful when I approached them about cleanliness of the room. I expected a much higher standard of hospitality for the price paid. While the location is great, the cleanliness of my room was unacceptable. Upon arrival, I found hair all over the bathroom door, towels, and shower walls. Stains on the sheets, which looked like bodily fluid. Despite bringing this to the attention of the staff, it was not addressed during my 3-night stay. Cleanliness is a top priority for any traveler, and unfortunately, this hotel fell short. I also spoke to another customer who said their room was disgusting as well. Got stuck in the elevator too and nobody helped us. I would not recommend staying here if you value customer service."

"Very poor effects. 1. No clear instructions on where to have breakfast when having breakfast in your reservation. Front desk failed to provide clear instructions on what to expect at the bistro in the morning 2. Close the breakfast place without any advance notice even after we got affirmative confirmation to have breakfast at bistro the night before. 3. Front office has no compassion or efforts to help the customers when we express our frustration and the hotel lack of communication of closing the breakfast place. The guy said nothing he can do and told us to wait until manager come back 4. Although we communicated to the manager about the expense we spent elsewhere for the breakfast the same day and agreed upon points to be reimbursed, no points were hit our account one week after checking out. "

"Property very outdated, unclean, and in rough shape. Bed had something sticking out of the side of it and the beds were VERY old and out of shape. Quite disappointing for the price. Shower was dirty and moldy, as well. Front desk staff was very nice, but that is about the best thing I can say about it. "

"The staff was very accommodating and pleasant at all times Miss Kerri was our favorite. She helped us with breakfast every morning and also drove us to the airport. During all of our interactions, she always had a smile on her face and a kind word for every person in the vicinity. I would come back to the hotel just because of her."

"Horrible experience, holes in sheets, horrible smell in room, asked for change of room and was told they were fully booked, even though they had an empty parking lot at 2am. Was given an empty can of febreeze for the smell. "

"Was not happy with the motel feel of the place. Did not like that the doors opened to the outside. Also they said in was non-smoking, yet the room had a heavy smoke smell. When I walked out of the room in the morning, the guy in the next room walked out of his room smoking a cigarette. Apparently that’s why our room smelled like smoke!!! "
