"Rooms were clean and comfortable. Our Expedia package included the breakfast buffet, which was excellent — lots of options including custom omelets, and the oatmeal was amazing. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The private beach was decent, with umbrellas and benches available. The pool area was well maintained too, with towels provided for guests. One tip: ask about parking in advance. The lot is across from the hotel, and if you don’t use the hotel’s parking code, you’ll end up paying more than necessary. Overall a great stay — just make sure to sort out parking ahead of time!"

"Great resort and pool area. We were not aware the beach was considered public property and not maintained by the hotel- although they offered chairs and cabanas. The water was rougher than expected and an unusual amount of seaweed from El Niño."

"This place is wonderful, you can stay there and never have to leave, they have two shopping areas with Molino cafe that is awesome, before you go to explore Puerto Rico, explore the resort it’s got amazing beaches, secluded beach being my favorite one and all the little lagoons, awesome to snorkel. Everything is amazing the concierge has multiple awesome activities that are worth every penny."

"We arrived 7 hours late and at 2AM due to issues with weather for the flight. We were greeted kindly at the front desk by a gentleman who checked us in quickly and even gave us a free room upgrade to a poolside villa . The hotel is beautiful as well as the grounds and every area of the hotel is clean. The pool and beach staff are readily available to provide towels and set up chairs and all staff members we encountered were kind. They offer sunblock and aloe right at the towel stands as well as cold lemon water. My only complaint is the food at the resort is pricy but to be expected given the caliber of the hotel. We will be booking this resort again when we return to San Juan."
