We arrived at night, and was a bit confused where to get the keys but when we found the reception in the hotel a bit further up the street we got amazing service from the guy working in the restaurant there. everything was horrible. especially our last day. Only nice thing was the pool and breakfast. Everything else was god awful. We have advised the hotel to reimburse our last night due to the maltreatment from their staff.
