"Great spot to stay when attending downtown events"

"The pool and hottub was disgusting, the building was old and rundown. The carpets in the room were gross. The view from our room was really nice. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. We booked the room thinking we were getting parking and free breakfast. When we got to the hotel. They told us one or the other. It was expedias issue not there’s. Expedia did not make it clear that it was one or the other. That was a big part of why we booked the room"

"The room and bathroom was very dirty. Sink clogged and bad sewerage smells from the sink. Shower room was dirty too, I didn’t even want to step in it. Small bathroom countertop space, weird triangle room layout. Self parking doesn’t even connect to hotel lobby, we have to carry all our luggages and walk outside the building to the hotel. Bad experience! "
