"This really is always the best “go to” hotel. The staff are super friendly without exception, the manager has been there forever and always takes the time to say hi. The rooms are super clean, the terrace is a great sun trap and the pool area is fun. I don’t go for the breakfast as i personally don’t like buffets and the feral instincts it brings out in people, but i’m told that it’s lovely and as always the staff there too are great. I definitely recommend Don Miguel for a nice break in gran canaria, it’s not 5 star luxury but it’s a warm welcoming clean, bright place to enjoy playa del ingles"

"Where to start!? My 11 nights at Atlantic Sun Beach were great! My hope was to have a super relaxing vacation and I got just that. The property itself is super-well maintained and clean. The cleaning crew are top-notch and are super friendly and helpful. The rooms are well-appointed and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. If you choose to prepare any meals - they have the basics there if you need it. The vibe of the place is super chill...I found it to be nice and quiet. Most of my days were spent by the pool, which was nice and calm. Last but not least, a shout out to Raul in reception for his help when I accidentally dropped my phone in my hired car from the airport and didn't notice. Thanks to his help, I was able to get my phone back in a timely manner. Hope to visit Atlantic Sun Beach again!"

"This is the fourth year we have stayed. We love the place. Staff from reception, bar, restaurant and cleanwrs are all locely and friendly. My husband really enjoyed Daniel making vodka tonics for him. The place is clean and tidy and best of all it is quiet. I would happily visit for a 5th year."

"The hotel was absolutely stunning. I was arriving late at night past the opening times for dinner and so the staff had prepared a plate of meats cheeses and salad and put it in my room upon arrival. Such a thoughtful gesture that made such a difference! Jorge from the reception staff was amazing and made me feel welcome explaining all the amenities etc. I was in the annex building which was quiet and really clean which was nice to arrive to. I had booked half board and so was paying for drinks the light my stay which were incredibly well priced and honestly cheap, especially for a hotel bar! Sara from the bar was really friendly and made some custom drinks I found online which tasted incredible! When it was time to leave, because my flight was at night, the staff offered free luggage storage, a free shower room to get ready in, and a key card so I could still access the hotel and beach via access gates until I needed to head to the airport. This made all the difference and is such a nice touch that made travelling so much easier. The friendly reception staff were able to call a taxi for me which only took about 5 minutes to arrive and I was able to pay for everything at the hotel, again, such a nice touch to make everything effortless! I can’t recommend this hotel and its staff enough, I will definitely be back!"
