"Really great hotel "

"Our 4th visit. We enjoy the cleaniliness and easy access to restaurabts, bars, the beach. Its in a great location. Lovely pool area. Rooms are kept spotlessly clean. Always a pleasure for us , we have no complaints. Pool still cold tho, not convinced it's heated, it was even colder last month. Hot tubs are great tho. "

"Half board food had plenty to choose from, but nothing was more than expected. Salad selection super fresh. Beds really comfortable, and location near the Yumbo was super convenient. As a solo traveller I found this was perfect for me, during bear carnival week. The hotel is beyond inclusive and I felt very welcomed and at home here. Its true that some of the hotel needs some TLC, cosmetic touches and structural repairs but nothing major. Also surprisingly quiet considering its location to nearby nightlife and restauarnts etc. This has been my 2nd visit and im sure ill be back."

"We were there for two nights,20-22/3, the breakfast was excellent, swimming pools lovely and room was great on the first night. The second night we couldn’t sleep most of the night as it was raining heavily and water was dripping through the balcony window onto the floor making a sound even when I placed three large towels on the floor. In the morning when we were leaving I spoke to Stephanie, customer relations, and told her we couldn’t sleep: she said we could have changed rooms, I replied that it was 2.00 in the night and we were also leaving that morning, also that we would not be returning to the island.She said she would look into the matter, I also showed her a video taken during the night. Later I asked her if the hotel could pay for our taxi into town as compensation,she said it was not possible as they were a different company. Later I received her email saying that the weather had affected many other businesses and that I could get an upgrade if I booked again. She clearly did not listen to me when I said we would not be returning ever again. I feel that this is unacceptable, especially as this was an expensive hotel, the customer service was not up to standard. I have used Hotels .com for many years and never complained, but in this instance I think that some compensation is required "

"Good breakfast, nice room but ‘kitchenette’ is stretching it, there was a fridge and a tea making tray! Busy hotel in the heart of Playa del Ingles, lovely staff and very clean "

"Upon arrival, the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The reception staff greeted me with warm smiles and provided all the necessary information about the hotel's facilities and services. My room was ok. The amenities provided in the room as usual, like any other 5-star hotel. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, attentive, and eager to assist. The dining experience at the hotel's restaurant was exceptional. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options to start the day on a positive note. At one point, I found a cockroach on my site table, complain to the staff at my check out. "

"The reception staff were unhelpful and came across as unfriendly during my stay. The property itself is quite run down and not well maintained. Upon check-in, basic amenities such as shower gel and handwash were not provided, and requests for them were refused.Additionally, there was no water supply in the shower or toilet for an entire day, which was extremely inconvenient. The windows in the room were also faulty and would not close properly. Overall, the experience was disappointing and fell well below expectations."

"Had a perfect week's stay. All the staff were so friendly, helpful, and made us feel incredibly welcome. Breakfast was fantastic - we loved the pancakes, fresh fruit, and eggs. The pools are beautiful and as the main lazy river winds around the beautifully planted grounds there's always somewhere fairly private and quiet to lay out. The bars are very fairly priced, with great drinks. Housekeeping quick and great attention to detail. Little details like the access to shower room after you've checked out are so helpful! We don't want to leave! "
