We were very impressed with the hotel and it's layout with each pool leading to the next down the slope to the plaza and buffet restaurant. It is well laid out and the 3 bars all had very helpful staff. We had all-inclusive full board and were surprised at the variety of food and which drinks were included in the package.

Lovely hotel, really impressed on arrival, the staff in particular are lovely! It’s also pretty well priced. After a few days you do start to notice it’s getting a bit tired in places and could do with a bit of a refresh. The pool(s) are fantastic, not sure about the other comments re being able to get sunbeds all the time - if you arnt down before 9 you’re going to struggle.

A beautiful resort where all the staff are friendly, helpful and make your stay wonderful. The food variety, taste and freshness is amazing. All the grounds are spotless and the pools glistening. A quieter resort which was nicer for us than other holidays, so the music isn’t overwhelming but offers enough entertainment to keep the little kids and aquafit goers happy! We would go again and it’s only 15 mins from the biggest waterpark in the world Siam Park. Couldn’t fault it. Thanks Barceló Tenerife.

Everything was perfect the reception staff were very helpful. The room was very well equipped with everything you need including USB & USBC points each side of the bed. Beds were very comfortable with choice of pillows. The pool area and pools were very good and the restaurant and staff were very good.

Great stay at the facility. The room was an 8 out of 10, mainly because you can tell it has been used for some time. Breakfast was included and it was great—thank you to the chefs and staff. Overall, the location is nice and it’s a lovely place for people who enjoy walking and exploring.

We had a wonderful stay as a family. The staff were always smiling, polite, and very welcoming. There was a great variety of food options, including choices that suited our children, which we really appreciated. The amenities were easily accessible, well maintained, and family-friendly. The property and room were wonderful. There were multiple places to sit, never an issue to find a chair. The room, a suite, was great. Always clean and well maintained. The food was wonderful, but having the chance to swap out at least one dinner at the Italian restaurant would help to break up the many meals in a row at the buffet. This was one of the best vacations we have had and would definitely return.
