"We booked this hotel as on Google Maps it said it was pet friendly. On our booking, we made a note that we were bringing two dogs with us who were very well behaved. Check in was from 3-6pm. We arrived at 5:30pm to no one in reception but our keys were in the apartment. At around 7:30pm a man from reception came up to take our details. "The whole experience at the Radisson Blu was top notch. My family had a wonderful vacation using all of the facilities. The breakfast and dinner buffet were of very high quality with lots of options. On the last day we ordered the mixed paella for 2 from the pool bar. Normally you are supposed to order a day in advance but they made it work for us anyway. It tasted amazing and topped off the stay at the hotel. The staff made us feel like VIPs for the duration. We are already planning our return. Highly recommended."
"A wonderful experience in Gran Canaria with this outstanding hotel – Gloria Royal Palace Hotel & Spa. Receptions are very nice and helpful. Breakfast Buffet with many different choices of food and drinks. I highly recommend the OMELETTE which is prepared on-site by the chef. Yummy!! Guests staying in the hotel would prefer the outdoor pool. Therefore, the hydromassage station is not crowded. Convenient location, it takes only 6 mins drive to Mogan Mall. Excellent hotel, not to be missed."
