Excellent hotel and resort, staff are nice but occasionally lost in translation. The hotel is somewhat isolated , good trip for get away from city life. The pool is spectacular , pricy but worth it. Would be better if they improved their food menu. Transportation is a problem from and to the hotel after hours.

Best spa in Switzerland, perhpas in Europe. Our front desk agent, Daria, was very courteous and warm and made our stay extra comfortable. All the amenities, food, comfy bed, and blend with nature and hiking options made our stay truly relaxing. Will plan to come back for sure.

Bürgenstock Hotel & Alpine Spa exceeded expectations. Gorgeous and modern design with amazing amenities. Had beautiful views of the Lucerne Lake, which never disappointed at sunset or sunrise. The staff were extremely welcoming and attentive. I’ve stayed at several 5 star hotels around the world including Four Seasons, Belmond — and this place is truly special!
