"This was in a great location and is such a charming hotel. The rooms were a lot of fun and everything was really nice."

"The hotel receptionists Rea and Yara were very helpful. The check in and checkout was a breeze. We were given a reusable glass water bottles to use and keep which is nice. You can refill it with still or sparkling water at the reception area. The hotel location is 5 mins walk to the train station and around 15 mins walk to old town. The room we had was a bit tight, but we made it work. The closet could use a little dusting though. Overall, we had a pleasant stay."

"We had an excellent stay at Astoria hotel. The location was perfect, 5 min walking distance to Luzern train station. Bus station right outside. Staff was very helpful, room and entire hotel was very clean. A/C and shower were excellent. Very affordable rate compared to other hotels in the area. 10/10 would stay here again."
