"The staff was great. Hotel is beautiful but rooms are a little outdated. Was very disappointed because the information regarding the hotel amenities were incorrect online and when we checked in the pool was already closed. Breakfast was good."

"Had a great breakfast menu with hot and fresh food! Kind and helpful staff! I became sick with hypoxia after a fall in our room! The front desk staff went out of their way to get the paramedics to our room and be helpful during the ordeal! I spent our entire vacation in the hospital ! Jojo at the front desk and another front desk staff member were so kind and even checked on me at the hospital! I was impressed by their willingness to help! The hotel is beautiful, clean and we will always stay here! Kudos to Best Western Hotel Fillmore Inn and Suites! You outdid yourselves! So appreciative! Thank you!"

"I reserved a king Mountain View room for my 20 year wedding anniversary. When we arrived we were told that they had us in a room with 2 queen size beds. I asked if there was any other king rooms available and was told there was not. I was upset but needed a place to stay so I took it. When we got to the room it was full size beds not queen. I went back to the lobby and was told that is what they have. I became more annoyed and went back to the room and contacted Hotels.com about a refund so I could go elsewhere and was told that the GM Stacy denied my refund. At this point I was beyond mad. My wife went and talked to the staff in the lobby and was finally given the correct room I paid for. After all that the beds are way too soft, bathrooms are basically a 5x5 closet and the breakfast is terrible. I wouldn’t stay at this place again if you paid me. I have worked customer service for over 20 years and understand things happen but a good business takes care of the customer and doesn’t lie to them."

"The orange juice machine was broke the entire time I stayed there for 4 days and they charge double more than Walmart or gas station for bottle juice and water and food. There is only one microwave which is in the lobby and none in the rooms and this is the last time I stayed in spark by Hilton in Colorado Springs"

"Clean room, great breakfast the only thing is now they charge for parking and they want you to pay advance which is great until you check out and they charge you again to park . I’m not sure I’ll be back and I used to really like this hotel "

"The room was clean. The linens were lovely. The king bed gave us a great sleep. Breakfast had awesome bacon and scrambled eggs. We would stay here again. A couple of little things.. pls provide some liquid dish soap in the kitchen. Plus a covered glass casserole dish would be a wonderful asset for heating up food in the microwave ."

"The room was clean and updated with multiple outlets for charging. We could hear traffic from the road, especially loud engines. The biggest problem was when we arrived, they couldn't find our reservation due to a software issue. They needed our confirmation number which is not displayed anywhere within the emails, receipt or details from Hotels.com. utilizing the chat feature didn't help until I requested to speak to a real person within the Ai driven chat. Once a real person connected, I got the info and was able to get checked in."
