We arrived on a sunday afternoon and asked about dinner options. We were told "everything closes on sunday, it's Utah. The only place open is Chinese across the street" So we walked to Chinese and they were only doing take-out. We brought the food to the hotel and sat in one of the tables in the hotel hallway. Food was very average. The hotel needs serious remodeling, it feels dingy. I didn't even want to walk on those floors barefoot. We didn't take showers because we felt icky. For a small town, we didn't expect much -- that exactly what we got.

yes here in Utah most places are closed on Sunday. Wal mart, Wendys, McDonalds and Arbys are your only other choices. We are waiting on vendors to start the the remodel but our rooms are very clean.

I am not sure why you could not book queens we did have them available I also had 2 kings. with a prepaid room we could not upgrade you at check in. Breakfast is a Continental breakfast featuring fresh make waffles.

We loved the location for the event we were attending. The front desk staff was cheerful and helpful. The pillows were deplorable and should be discarded. It was as if they were filled with wads of toilet paper. The dark brown, light weight bedspread smelled awful. I’m sure it was not washed, but doused in febreze. The paper thin walls and adjoining door allowed us to hear every word of the loud conversations next door. The neighbors did settle down when we asked hotel staff to remind them of quiet time past 10 PM.

Good price and location. Very small breakfast. Every single piece of gym equipment was either broken or only partially working. The fridge in 324 was on the lowest setting and froze all of our fruits and vegetables, needs repaired or replaced. The bathroom pocket door had no latch and a big hole to see right through to the person inside. Needs fixed. Overall fix-up, spruce up of hotel interior is needed. Mesh wreaths and colored pictures in napkin holders quite tacky. Eliminate half or more for a classy, clean look.

I guess for the money it was an alright place to stay. Check in was slow. The desk clerk was the only one on the premises if problems arose. Our TV wouldn't work when we first got to our room. We called the front desk for help and was told he would be up when he could, he was the only staff on site.

Even though the rooms say non smoking, my room smelled like smoke. I tried to get a different room but they said they were booked. But when I went on line later that evening it showed many rooms were available. I was too tired to argue with them about it. I was offered febreeze to take care of the smoke smell, which would be perfume covering up the smell. Yuck. I was also told by the person at the front desk that there would be eggs, sausage, potatoes for breakfast. But morning came and all they had were waffles, bagels, toast, cereal. I asked the front desk what happened to the eggs, etc. She said “Oh, we decided to change things up”. What! I got lied to about breakfast and that there were no more rooms available the night before. The rooms need updating badly. I’ve seen in past reviews where management said they are in the process of doing upgrades. After being lied to about other things, I have a hard time believing them. If you notice, they have a very “sweet” comeback to all of their negative reviews. Let’s just say I paid way too much for this room. I couldn’t get out of there soon enough!

We have seen that online but when you go on that platform to book the room it will take all your info and then tell you the room is no longer available. we would not lie about having rooms that is our job to sell those rooms. We are the only Hotel in the area that does a continental breakfast. When you book on line we do not have any control over what you pay for the room.

They ran out of breakfast food because hotel was booked. They told us it was booked the night before when we checked in, so you'd think they would have cooked more food
