"Amazing location just next to St Marks Square, and overlooking the gondola basin. Barman was very nice but reception staff a bit gruff and did not appear too pleased to help. Would definitely recommend this hotel, only minor point was the staff not being very cheerful."

"Staff were amazing at this hotel, they did everything to accommodate and make us feel comfortable. Venice is a beautiful place and this hotel emphasises that perfectly. The reception team were very helpful and the restaurant team Stan and Sam were very attentive. Perfect relaxing place to stay."

"Good big room with comfy beds โฆgood air con โฆsmall balcony overlooking canal. Coffee maker and small fridge was a big bonus. Have stayed here 3 times before , this was best deal and room . Breakfast is good , donโt expect the big British fry up โฆitโs Italy ! Hot items were good ( scrambled eggs) โฆ plentiful bread and pastries . Coffee Americano was as good as any other cafe style coffee we had in Venice. This is an older style hotel , a little worn here and there , but adds to the character. Room service staff and housekeeping were very pleasant and helpful. Only drawback for me , shower cubicle a little tight for my size , but completely adequate. Early morning boat activity was noticeable , but this is daily life in Venice , happening all around you. Close to main railway station for day trips awayโฆplus bus terminus just over 5 mins walk from hotel. All good โฆ will stay again ."
