Staff very helpful & friendly room upgrade on arrival great location easy walking distance from taxi rank once over one bridge with cases , a little noisy but went quiet after 11pm & as dawn came Venice came alive with the bustle expected ..welcomed noise! This is THE PLACE to stay in Venice! Why would you choose anywhere else? Amazing location for in and out travel from the station, perfect and modern bathroom Hans Groehe fixtures, and a very fair price. Wonderful front desk staff and smack in the middle of the city! Can’t wait to return!

It was the perfect spot. Not too far from the train station, the vaporetto stations, gondolas and bus stations. We got the top floor and it was an awesome view. From sunrise to evening views of Venice, it was amazing. The staff was more than helpful and helped us when we need direction and help with getting to the airport. Awesome free breakfast and it was near some of the hidden gems of Venice! A definite, place to consider!
