"The hotel is old. Shower cover is broken. No floor mat. Only 2 small towels was served. Additional towels will be charged. Door knob was broken, 1 screw was already pull out. Room is very old. Wall paints are already peeling. Bed is uncomfortable. Hotel was unreachable. They dont answer to our messages. They will just send a copy-paste instructions and after that, you cant reach them anymore. We also tried calling them but to avail. Thats why we seek assistance from Expedia. Staff was somehow unfriendly. Paid parking is available at the vicinity of the hotel. But better if you park your cars early in the evening coz at late time, it will gonna be full of cars. "
