"We stayed four nights in this hotel. For us, it was perfect and, should be go back to Bergamo, we would not hesitate to return to the same hotel. Its location is perfect (close enough to the Old City that you can walk to get there but also very close to the centre of the new town and its restaurants and shops); the location is also quiet; the room was big and comfortable (the fact that was a little old-fashioned was not a problem at all); breakfast was excellent with lot of choice; the hotel is clean and personnel kind and helpful. The only negative point is that, in our opinion, the hotel restaurant is pricey and, for this reason, we chose to eat at nearby restaurants. "

"Amazing stat from start to finish. The hotel is in a great location, so easy to get to and central to bus and train connections. The check in and check out process was smooth with friendly receptionists - they even gave us a list of recommended hotels for dinner that night based on what we fancied. The rooms were so lovely though sound from corridors from others' conversations were quite loud but didn't bother us too much as it stopped pretty quickly. The beds were noisy/squeaky but super comfy and the bathroom was spacious and clean, rooms were modern and it was a very pleasant stay. We requested a breakfast box for one day as we couldn't have breakfast due to an excursion/early start - they sorted this for us perfectly and it was really well equipped - lasted us a long time. The breakfast buffet was also really good I was pleasantly surprised - the eating area was peaceful and nice to eat in. Finally on our last day the receptionist gave us great advice to go to the very first bus stop to get the bus to the airport so we don't miss it and it worked out perfectly!
