"Exceptional property, luxurious rooms and professional, gracious service. My daughter got sick on a holiday weekend and the staff managed to find a physician to come to the room to treat her. They went out of their way to make the stay comfortable and special for us. The room was well appointed and always cleaned or turned down in an inviting way. They have a firepit and rocking chairs out in the cloister area - which was very charming and decorated for the festive holiday season."

They were polite ,professional and competent. This cozy restaurant has left the best impressions! "The hotel is very luxurious. The staff extremely friendly and accomodating. The breakfast room and buffet offerings outstanding. The rooftop Martini Bar is incredible. The gardens are spectacular. Laura, at the desk was warm, friendly and a great help to us generally and especially attentive when arranging transportation for us. All of the breakfast room attendents were very friendly and helpful, smiling and cordial. The location is grest and view from our balcony just amazing. A wonderfiul stay at this beautiful hotel!"
