"I had a pleasant stay at the Waterfront Hotel in Burlington. The location is excellent, right by the lake, with beautiful views and easy access to nearby restaurants and walking trails. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, a relaxing experience and I would consider staying here again."

"Clean room although we had to be moved because 1 bed was in terrible shape and we wouldn’t have been able to use it at all. Breakfast staff was very nice but evening reception was not at all and even called around midnight to ask who had reserved the room. Pool was closed which was a reason we had selected this hotel. "

"I booked this place last min because it was one of the more reasonable priced places to stay. Let’s just say it’s comparable to a motel. It’s one star at best. The tv and toilet were not working so they did come and fix those things pretty fast but there is no elevator so we were stuck to having a room on the first floor and couldn’t open the curtain because the sidewalk to a busy road was literally right outside our window. The floor was dirty so we wore our crocs the whole time even to shower. They gave us limited towels. I mean if you are looking for a place to literally just sleep and go then ok but this place does not know the meaning of any type of luxury at allllll. The heating worked pretty good but honestly I would not come back to this place ."

"Overall it was great. Extremely clean and well stocked. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in Hamilton. The breakfast has a good selection. Next time I’m back in Hamilton I will be stay here again! "
