"It was a great space, however when I booked it said it included breakfast, but when we were there was told it wasn’t and we’d have to pay extra. I’ve tried to get in touch and have had my email ignored. I don’t feel like it was worth the money for the stay only, especially as there’s not many options for breakfast in other places. Very misleading and I wouldn’t return for that reason. We were really impressed with the man who looked after us at dinner. He was really friendly and welcoming. "

"The food was great. All inclusive drinks great. If you want additional items like ginger ale or Red Bull you have to pay for it or upgrade your drink package. Aside that, this resort is not a 5 star resort. At all. The ice machine in building 8 doesn’t work. The lobby smells like sewer water. The rooms have bad air quality. I had runny nose but when I left, I was fine. I think this is probably a 3 stars resort. But at least the food is great."

"I was a little skeptical of this hotel because some of decor looked a little dated i'm a bougie girl that likes the fancy high end hotels. It had great reviews so we tried it and it ended up being the best hotel at had such a great price! The amenities are great, they do massages outside by the water which was so magical the massage therapists were super sweet and talented. There's an indoor spa area cost €18 to use for an hour which is a nice relaxing retreat. The pool area is beautiful and they have live music, the restaurant is nice and the view from our room was absolutely beautiful! Would definitely recommend!"

"Great place to stay as long as is from Thursday-Sunday the rest the property does not advise you when booking that there is nothing to do in there at night. When you purchase your stay it states they give you free two tickets for the events well there is nothing events everyday and they do not provide for anywhere else on the island do the information is a but misleading. Property wise is great they will benefit from heater pools when iff season."

"Honestly really disappointed with this hotel stay. The shower was broken, very noisy at night time, top floors and outside you can hear even staff and other rooms voice and walk etc, there was no elevator, and the front desk staff were not very friendly and spoke very limited English, which made communication difficult. The most upsetting part was the pool party situation, you had to pay €40 just for a beach bed/lounge chair, which honestly should’ve been included for hotel guests. Otherwise, what are you supposed to do, lay on the floor? On top of that, they didn’t even provide beach towels, so we had to go buy our own. Definitely not the experience we expected."
