"We stayed as a family of 4 and thoroughly enjoyed our week here. The staff were lovely and the pool always clean with plenty of sunbeds. The rooms were basic but absolutely fine, the pillows a little hard but not a problem. We didn't have any accessibility issues and so the many steps leading to the shops and beach were not a problem, the exercise was probably needed! The strip is a bit touristy, lots of restaurants and we hired a boat on one day for €210 for four hours and it was fantastic!...

"Nice spacious apartment, well equipped. Friendly staff, although after booking an extra night as a late check out was unavailable, communication wasn't great as I was asked to check out on the original day, even though I'd told reception on two occasions I'd extend my stay. This wasn't a major issue but a slight inconvenience, didn't have any impact on an enjoyable stay. Would stay here again."

"Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We didn’t arrive until 1am, but the staff were still welcoming. Our room was lovely, good size and loved the sea view balcony. We had breakfast on one day, and it was with the €18 / person for the wide selection of options. Eggs, bacon, sausage, hams, cheese, breads, fruits, cereal, muesli, yoghurt, teas, coffees and juices - everything was covered. There’s a supermarket just a couple of minutes walk from the hotel to get other supplies. We used the pool on one afternoon, and it wasn’t too busy. The sun was off most of the pool area by 5/6pm. There were some roadworks taking place on the road outside, but this didn’t cause many issues and didn’t stop us sleeping or enjoying using the balcony during the day. The hotel is about a 20 minute walk from the cathedral and old town. There’s also some nice eating places within a couple of minutes of the hotel. We’d definitely return to this hotel if we visit Palma again."
