"L’hôtel est idéalement placé, présente bien, et les chambres sont assez spacieuses. Par contre, nous avons eu un désagrément (douche froide pendant les 3 jours, VMC qui ne fonctionnait pas donc odeurs très désagréables, et lavabo bouché). J'ai écrit sur hotels.com mais le gérant n'avait pas vu mon message. Il était désolé et a dû corriger les problèmes après notre départ. Je mets 4 étoiles pour cette raison, sinon il aurait eu 5."

"Great little hotel right on the waterfront with direct beach access and a private patio for guests to use. Pool and playground were appreciated as alternatives to beach and ocean. Walking to breakfast two hotels away was not inconvenient. The recently renovated bar located inside the hotel was excellent, although lines got long during happy hour. 24-hour front desk with friendly and knowledgeable staff. "We had a lovely last-minute stay at Cap Vermell Grand Hotel. From check-in to check-out the staff were incredibly accommodating. The rooms were spacious and comfortable - we loved our garden suite and enjoyed our private sun loungers. Although it is a newer and larger hotel, the atmosphere invokes old world charm, and the waterfall-lined pathways were a pleasure to navigate. And we have a new appreciation for Spanish food: the food in all the restaurants was delicious, even at the pool bar. We definitely hope to come again."

"The property was tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. All areas were freshly renovated and maintained. The suites were spacious and all the details felt luxurious. Staff couldn’t be more friendly if they tried! Warm and kind, at every interaction. Special shoutout to Angela at reception and Adrian coordinating the entertainment programme. The food was fresh and interesting, the drinks well made and the vibe was fun. The only small jiggle was not having an iron in the room and having to make a complicated trip to reception, pay a deposit and lug the iron and ironing board back to the room ourselves. Also the prices for renting a padel court were more than advertised on the app. Other than that it was a perfect break. We’d happily go there again."

"Lovely breakfast - excellent choice. Dinner at the hotel was also good. Beautiful view of the sea and spacious apartment. Was a bit disappointed that we left early on the last day at 7.45, breakfast was available from 8 am and when we informed reception the night before, they only offered us the option of a magdalena and coffee. We didn’t bother with that."

"Tired hotel which has been given a bit of a refurb. Service was ok, rooms basic but comfortable. Location was ok, a bit of a walk from Cala Millor but other restaurants, shops and beach in easy reach. Breakfast is served in a basement with no real day light which is a shame."
