"Great facilities for kids and good food options in buffet but would ah e liked more day time food options like bar food - burgers and snacks for kids etc "
"Excellent, calm place with a view of trees of a natural park nearby (if you don't book the sea view). Delicious catering, aside from other hotels and loud center - ideal for families with kids."
"Fantastic hotel for toddlers, as long as not in a room above the bar / restaurant area. The gardens are kept in a fantastic condition and the smell of lavender from the plants is refreshing. Great water facilities. The rooms are a bit 90's and dated in areas not really reflecting the Hipotel brand imho. That being said we were not in the room much. The beach is still beautiful if a little busy. The bath is not really suitable for a 6ft adult! Exterior of the building looks a bit tired. "
"Good amenities overall and lots of space on site. Swimming pools were very cold and many of sunshade umbrellas were broken. Disappointing we were unable to access the sun loungers and pool area on the sun deck"
"We had a great stay. The apartment was spacious, clean & very close to the beach. My only small complaint is that the pool opens late & closes early. "
"What a beautiful place to be …amazing hotel, super clean and well looked after, maintained on daily basis .
Staff excellent and very knowledgeable and friendly.
Food at the restaurant absolutely delicious and everyday was different delicious and super fresh food, lots of options for vegetarian , vegan, seafood lovers ,meat eaters and the best .. cake lovers absolutely delicious.
Sa Coma beach is with walking distance with beautiful ocean and quiet beaches…is small but pretty.
In the hotel is...
"We really enjoyed our stay there, the staff was very friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and had a nice view of the pool, the pools were big, the buffet food was decent, you can walk to shops, restaurants, supermarkets, highly recommend this place! "
"Very average and overpriced. Limited service throughout the hotel - rooms are only cleaned every few days, beach towels only changed 3x per week and if you miss the 2 hour slot or are out of the hotel you have to keep them. This is not well communicated so we only had 2 or 3 towel changes for 10 day stay.
Won't be returning, there are much better choices at this high price."
"We only stayed 3 nights, but had a wonderful stay. Room was a little dated, however it was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. It was in a lovely quiet street. Lovely pool area. Every member of staff were exceptional, always greeted us with a hello, very efficient and professional. Lovely breakfast - would definitely come back "

"The quality of accommodation at Hotel Na Taconera is superb. I cannot fault it. I attended with my family (2 adults and 2 teenage children). The we all enjoyed the main pool plus the pool at the sports club as well as the facilities of the sports club.
The rooms are newly decorated to a very high standard and our sea view was just that...lovely. The rooms also had much needed air con. The rooms were also incredibly clean.
We must also mention the food - the daily breakfast was delicious."
"The staff were friendly and seemed happy to be here. Hotel was clean and the reception staff couldn't do enough for us. We will be coming back here for sure."
"The room was lovely and clean. The cleaners come every day. Fantastic choice of tasty and abundant amount of food . I am in serious need of diet now as a result. The pool both indoors and outdoor is great. Shame that the spa was always closest. Strongly recommend the visit to go and see Porte Christo and see the Dragon cave in. It's only 15 min drive in taxi (15 eur) . Amazing 😍"
"This hotel exceeded all of our expectations — from the thoughtfully designed property to the exceptional staff, attentive service, and outstanding dining. It is the perfect serene escape from busy city life, offering a true reset.
Property & Amenities:
The property is stunning, blending modern conveniences with charming historical details. Everything is impeccably maintained. The spa facilities are excellent, featuring a dry sauna, steam room, cold plunge, and an indoor heated pool that are cared for throughout the day. Rooms are spacious, peaceful, and designed with privacy in mind — you barely notice other guests. They are spotless, refreshed daily, and turned down in the evening, which made our stay even more comfortable.
Dining:
Breakfast was one of the best we’ve experienced, with a generous selection of cheeses, yogurts, fruit, and baked goods alongside a made-to-order hot menu. Dinner was equally impressive — every dish we tried was delicious. Seafood lovers should plan ahead and reserve dinner early, as the catch of the day can sell out quickly. One note for future guests: there are bees around the pool and outdoor dining area. It didn’t bother us, but those who are uneasy around bees may want to keep this in mind.
Overall it is a beautifully maintained property, exceptional dining, and warm hospitality make this hotel a truly special destination. We can’t wait to return"
"Hotel looks fantastic. Very contemporary and minimalist. Great facilities.
Rooms are very modern and spacious with very comfortable, big beds.
Good selection of food at each mealtime with very friendly, helpful staff.
A lot of young children in this hotel so we used the adult pool area which was very quiet and not busy even in August.
Children are quite noisy in the dining room as there are a lot of them but our kids were young once so I’m not judging or criticising, just making people aware incase they would rather not have so many young children around them.
Beach with loungers for hire within 15 minute walk.
Tourist shops and restaurants within 5 minute walk.
I would recommend this attractive hotel as we had a really good week where our every need was met."
