"Hallo zusammen, das Hotel ist sauber und für einen Strandurlaub völlig ausreichend. Das Personal ist größtenteils sehr freundlich und bemüht. Lediglich eine Person an der Rezeption wirkte auf mich etwas unfreundlich. Davon abgesehen waren aber alle Mitarbeiter sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Der Strand ist ebenfalls gut zu erreichen, was den Aufenthalt angenehm macht. Insgesamt hatte ich eine schöne Zeit und würde wiederkommen, wenn der Preis stimmt."

"The hotel, the staff, the amenities were all perfect. The hotel itself is so beautiful, the room was perfect and so spacious. The staff were super friendly and helpful, they always ensured my 2 year old was happy which was amazing. Breakfast is incredible, so much choice. The restaurants on site are also fantastic, our favourite was Roka. We dined there twice and couldn’t recommend it enough. (Book at sunset for the best vibe!) We can’t wait to return again next year!"

"Staff very friendly always helpful from the reception to the restaurant staff, life guard and room cleaners, nothing was too much trouble. Lovely atmosphere around the pool nice little pool bar for snacks and drinks, I was here in peak season and no trouble getting a sunbed as long as your there by about 10am there’s always a few about but maybe not with shade if you get there too late. Food selection was great in the morning and evening, an evening meal is 16 euro and it’s a all you can eat buffet style so it’s very good value for the amount you can have, the air con in my room worked very well even though it was up to 39c while I was here it had no trouble keeping my room nice and cool. Very well situated hotel a wide selection of shops and restaurants all within 5 minutes walk and more further on into cala millor and beyond, cala bona and cala millor are both very nice clean friendly places with all you can need in terms of entertainment from the quiet bars to a few louder bigger bars with live music, food at restaurants was lovely and such a wide selection and I was never once disappointed with anything I ate or drank, I would absolutely come here again it feels safe and very friendly"
