"Very nice little hotel. Beds comfortable. Air con worked well and quiet. Double glazing on patio blocked sound from outside. Very clean everywhere. Location for beach fantastic. Pool area nice enough but we spent most of the time down the beach. Not the biggest selection for food but good enough and normally a speciality feature every night. My favourite was the pasta Parmesan. Lovely chocolate sauce for the churros in the morning too! Staff really nice and friendly, special shout out to Raquel...

"Excellent hotel situated across the road from the lovely Son Mol Beach. Quiet though central location. Impressive hotel room and high end bathroom. We booked half board and the standard of food is very high indeed. Only criticisms in relation to our stay would be that the pool which is such a feature of the Hotel, was not heated (early Nov) though we prefer sea swimming (which was warmer), bottled water was not provided free of charge in the room and we were expected to pay for Nespresso...

"This place is not with the money. The staff are very friendly. However when we arrived at night we walked into a hot room with no air-conditioning, no towels, no toiletries, no door in bathroom and no wifi. No lovely balcony as per photo advertised. Just a narrow space with horrible iron railings needing paint. Very noisy so difficult to sleep. We told next day of our concerns and we were moved to another room which had air-conditioning but none of the rest so i went back to reception where...
