"Hotel Antares suited us just fine, for our travel purposes. A friend and myself spent 2 nights at this hotel. We didn’t spend any time in the hotel, other than getting showered, dressed and sleeping, so for our purpose, it was fine. We didn’t want to spend more on a hotel that we knew we wouldn’t be spending any time in. There are no amenities, so if you’re looking for amenities, look into other hotels nearby. "We chose this resort to celebrate our first wedding anniversary, and while there were some positive aspects, our overall experience did not meet the expectations of a luxury five-star property. Upon arrival, we waited about 10–15 minutes before being greeted. During the booking process, the hotel had been informed that we were celebrating our first wedding anniversary as a same-sex couple. At check-in, we were asked if we wanted to change to a room with two beds instead of one. We found this comment disappointing and somewhat inappropriate given the information already provided in our reservation. Another major downside was the lack of an introduction to the resort. At other luxury five-star hotels, staff usually take the time to explain the property, point out the pools, restaurants, amenities, opening hours, and answer any questions. None of that happened here, which made the arrival feel impersonal. The resort is also very family-oriented, with many children throughout the property. The staff was wonderful with families and kids, but if you’re a couple looking for a quiet or romantic getaway, this may not be the best choice. The buildings are beginning to show their age, and some areas feel worn compared to what we expected from a luxury resort. On a positive note, the restaurants were excellent and the dining experience was one of the highlights of our stay. Overall, while families will likely enjoy this resort, we don’t feel it delivers the level of service, attent"

"I was travelling on my own witn my 7 and 8 year old girls. We found the hotel very good. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The property was very clean and well maintained. The only down side was the temperature in the room was very hot . The food was good every meal time we found something to eat and my older daughter is a fussy eater Overal we would love to return again. I highly recommend this hotel"

"We found the staff really helpful - happy to get us fresh sheets in the middle of the night when kids had an accident! The all inclusive was good value - yes some of the meals feel a bit repetitive after a few days but overall decent food. The local beach is underwhelming and harder to access but we were happy at the pool and it was the quieter side of the island - Alcudia and Soller seemed way more touristy and expensive! But it was an hour drive back to Palma so a hire car is essential. Decor a bit dated but clean"
