"A bit of a strange experience when spending £250 for the night. No staff to great you and explain how everything works and nothing in the room either not even a bottle of water. Just a text message with door code and key left in an envelope. The street and those surrounding were very quiet. "We absolutely loved our stay. The hotel/ rooms are stunning and comfortable. The plunge pool and lounge area was perfect for a relaxing afternoon but I think breakfast was our favourite part - a beautiful spread each morning. The owners / staff were extremely friendly and accommodating … plus there’s a very cute wiener dog named Bruno as a bonus

The room was well maintained, comfortable and spacious.
The staff we met at reception, in the outdoor restaurant and cleaning our rooms were always very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast offered a very wide choice of food options.

"We traveled as a family 4 ( 2 young kids under 6) and I couldnt speak more highly of this hotel. Their facilities, their restaurants, their staff, the drcor and ambience its truly exceptional. My son had a medical emergency he got an eye infection (no fault.of the hotel putisde the hotwl) they called a doctor for us in the middle of the night, they gollowed up with doctor, they chsng3d hotel resevatuons for us. They do so with such a level of kindneas and service its rare to see."

"This place was incredible. Not sure why some people comment negatively about it. Pools are lovely, the rooms were cleaned every day except Thursdays and Sundays which was never an issue. Yes, the rooms are not as fancy as the sister hotel, but that hotel just had a renovations. We will come back again to the same property . The location is the best. Seriously cannot fault anything. "
