"This is a real gem of a hotel and the only issue we had was a room booking error on our first night which meant we had to change room. This was not the fault of the hotel and the staff handled the error very well. All the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and I cannot praise them highly enough. "Excellent hotel with delicious food, spotless facilities and friendly staff. My only complaint was that the outdoor pools were a little cold. I would say that almost all of the guests were German but that did not bother us Brits at all. Having said that, we are not likely to return to this hotel as we didn't like Playa De Palma at all."

Also features great in-house amenities- numerous pools, including an indoor one; activity court - for tennis, basketball, etc. ; spa; restaurants; musical entertainment; kids club, etc. The only negative are the rooms - low quality mattress, bedding, towels, bathroom set up (see thru doors!)."

"Brilliant location looking out to several beaches with immediate access from the hotel. Clean, well-maintained and spacious room although furnishings are dated. Breakfast and dinner are great with a wide selection include GF. Quality of individual items varies but generally very good. My only criticism is that there’s far too few sun beds for the number of guests, so they manage this by charging extra. We just spent the day away from the hotel instead. A few other things require modest additional charges, eg coffee pods, beach towels. Some nice local walks and a few shops and bars, but not too commercialised."
