Room and hotel overall was very clean. Amenities were great, including breakfast in the morning. Staff was super friendly and accommodating, even extending our stay in our already assigned room when weather ruined our plans to leave Madrid. Great location, close to shopping, restaurants, subway stops, etc.

The room was small but modern and chic. Property lighting in all areas.
We were pleasantly surprised with the bar and it's musical performances with skilled musicians, piano players and singers, very enjoyable. Wanted to single out Aaron of guest relations who was very helpful and made us feel at home. We'll be back!

The front desk staff were very attentive at all times. The hotel was clean and very nice inside. However, my rating is based on the room service, as the room was somewhat dirty. I also lost an item and, without making a direct accusation, it is concerning that it disappeared along with the envelope ...

Nice hotel, very centrally located for the university, shops and restaurants. We only stayed one night and didn't eat either dinner or breakfast but would definitely return. Only 20 minutes from the airport was also ideal.
