"The staff was great! The room was impecable. The location unbeatable. The main attractions are steps away. We loved our stay here and would love to come back. Be mindful that it is a colonial city, so there will be stairs to get to your room.Everybody was very accomodating. The bed was super comfy and the room very cozy. "

"The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived as they rushed to gather our belongings and took them straight to our rooms once we checked in. The rooms were better than we even imagined with plenty of space around the King bed and lots of furniture for us to organize our clothes for our stay. The bathroom was extra spacious. The grounds of the hotel itself was like a beautiful hacienda compound. All around were communal spaces perfect for large groups or couples to gather as if we were all catching up at a family reunion. The live music on Saturday night in the hotel bar was our favorite little memory. San Miguel's centro was quite nice but our favorite spots were all right around our hotel. Felt like a home away from home!"
