The room was well set up and clean. The overall room style was also very cool. All the staff I interacted with were very nice and helpful

My wife and I stayed at The Sutton Place Hotel for our wedding anniversary, and the entire experience was outstanding. From the moment we checked in, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed and celebrated. They surprised us with a handwritten anniversary card, dessert, and two glasses of rosé, a small gesture that made a big impact. The room was spotless, modern, and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a warm, elegant atmosphere. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained. We loved how quiet the room was and how relaxing the space felt after a long day out in the city. Location is perfect, close to great restaurants, bars, and the Eaton Centre, which made our weekend easy and enjoyable despite the rainy weather. Overall, Sutton Place helped make our anniversary memorable in all the right ways. We’ll definitely be coming back for future celebrations. Highly recommended.

Everything was great - from the courteous staff, to the clean and modern amenities, to amazing breakfast. And while the rooms may have been on the small side, they were very cozy and comfortable.
