Excellent location and clean space. Communication was great. We went to Toronto to see some baseball and the location was perfect, walking distance to the games and lots of places to eat and see. It was great to have parking available also. Would definitely stay there again.

I made the mistake and thinking we had the whole apartment to ourself. When we checked in with the concierge over the phone he explained that we were going to be share it with someone else. The wife was not too happy about that especially with one bathroom. So the concierge was able to see I made a mistake and upgraded us to a different suite with a private bathroom. We felt very secure as they had a security guard at the front desk.
Also something to make note make sure that you have an account to send $600 cdn via e-transfer, Zelle or PayPal for the damage deposit.
Otherwise, the suite are excellent very close to downtown, CN tower, the harbour, union Station and public transportation. There was a lot of restaurants and stores to get food and supplies. We didn’t have to rent a car or drive all public transportation. If we were to come again I would see if we could rent the whole apartment with some friends.

"We got in late in the middle of the night and I called and manager came right down to office and greeted us. Gave us some bottled water, and checked us in. Room was very clean. It is a dated motel, but staff very good and comfortable beds"
