We loved the bedrooms and hotel in general. Everything was clean and staff were very friendly. Only dissatisfaction was the breakfast wasn't very varied, they needed a lot more options of hot food.

Excellent 27 night stay here whilst working locally. Staff very helpful and friendly, big shout out to the breakfast team! Parking was overall good - but sometimes you needed a ticket to leave and sometimes you didn’t - was a bit crazy. For long term guests a permanent exit card should be available.

Modern, clean & spacious rooms, friendly staff
Welcomed by remarkably friendly staff. There's a convenient parking lot at the back of the hotel. The rooms are modern and spacious, great beds, clean walk-in shower. Had an excellent stay here. Best place to stay in the center of Essen.

Uitmuntend! Mooi hotel, netjes verzorgd, goed uitgebreid ontbijt, kamer met eigen kook gelegenheid magnetron en normale koelkast. Geen bad maar wel een fijne douche. De kamers zijn goed geïsoleerd dus geen overlast van andere gasten.

Inchecken ging zonder problemen en kregen netjes uitleg waar we konden parkeren. Personeel erg aaedig en hotel zag er schoon en mooi uit. De kamers zagen er fanatstisch uit. Ruim en schoon en netjes. Groot boxspring en een lekker liggende bedbank voor mijn zoontje. Dit hotel is echt voor herhaling vatbaar.

Fantastisch hotel in het centrum van Essen, wij waren hier voor de kerstmarkten. Zeer vriendelijk personeel, brandschone kamer en totaal niet gehorig. Ontbijt was ook echt geweldig, ruime keuze in alles. Personeel heel vriendelijk ook. Wij hadden vooraf gereserveerd voor de parkeergarage tegenover het hotel (Q-Park Gildehof) en betaalden €6,- voor twee dgn. Tot volgend jaar :D
