"Staff were rude and charged me for 2 Breakfasts when it was stated they were free on the confirmation email. The curtains do not close on the windows so it I permanently light in the room. My Uncle tried to close the curtain in his room and it came off the rail.amd fell on to the floor. Room was okay except for this bit the staff were rude."

"The staff at the Hostel couldn't have been any nicer. We had a misunderstanding with our payment but Lisa and her colleagues were extremely helpful and friendly to all of us. "Hotel is on a perfect location with easy access and loads of food/drink options around. Pros: Breakfast, location, spacious room Cons: Bartender (old tall man) from the hotel bar was extremely rude and shouting at guests once he couldn't handle couple of drink orders. Really shocking behavior and apparently he is well known for it as we did feedback that on the check-out and got told by the reception that "he can sometimes be like that""
