With the help of a dog walker and the local tourist information in Evian we eventually reached the Complex late. During this time we range the accommodation several times, but no one ever answered. Anyway, we checked in with a very kind and warm receptionist. The accommodation was adequate and good value for money; the location and day time views of Lac Leman were magical. Only the bed was a little uncomfortable due to the age of the mattress. The security deposit of 416 Australian Dllars seemed a little high for just 2 nights, and it took a week to be refunded. "

"We had an amazing time at this hotel! The rooms are impeccable, the spa, the pool and the general atmosphere is very relaxing and very welcoming! We liked the service, especially at the bar and the buffet style restaurant La Veranda.The only slight disappointment was the fact that we were not able in 5 days of our stay to book a dinner reservation at Les Fresques. The lady at reception was not helpful at all. Overall, we had a great time at this resort and this little inconvenience did not hinder our vacation. My recommendation for the hotel management would be to have more transparent communication with guests, providing them with suggestions for day trips, local attractions, more dining options and sightseeing."
