"This was a wonderful room! I had requested an accessible room because of mobility issues, and there was plenty of room for me to get around. I especially loved all the plugs and USB ports near the bed to plug in equipment (often difficult!) Only complaint was the toilet needed scrubbed and there was no hot water at the sink. Also, there needed to be more grab bars and an accessible shower."

"We were very happy with our stay. The rooms were very clean and the beds were so comfy. The kids loved the pool. Will definitely stay there again. We were there for my sons baseball tournament and on the 2nd day we had a rain delay and I called and ask to change my check out time for 2 hours later, there was no extra charge and they were happy to do so."

"The staff were friendly & very helpful but sometimes they were hard to find. The bathrooms were beautiful but both the tub & shower should have grips & bars. We stayed there for a reunion at Culver & highly recommend it. The drive was not bad & the ambiance was well worth it."

"I love the simple layout of Tru Hotels. Rooms are clean and spacious and I appreciate the little frig. There’s no coffee maker In The room but fresh coffee is always available in the lobby. Breakfast is good and over 6 days it varied in the eggs and meat selection. For the price I like it very much,don’t need a pool or coffee in the room, just quiet, comfortable and clean with always pleasant staff. I will go back "

"We were in town for nephews graduation. Hotel let our daughter's family stay across the hall from us even though we booked our rooms on different days. Our granddaughter swam in pool even though if was 60° outside (they are crazy). They loved it. This is the hotel we stay at in Nappanee. Very friendly"
