"Excellent stay at Don Valley. The rooms are spacious, the staff is incredibly kind, and the breakfast is simple and yet delicious. Contrary to what I read in other reviews for this hotel, I found a comfortable bed and pillows and an excellent shower. The location was perfect because I had an appointment 1km away, and I also found an astonishingly beautiful park to jog in the morning just 2km away. I am very glad I chose to stay at this hotel and I would come back to it whenever I need to stay in this part of Toronto."

"I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room was cozy, and I loved the history behind the building. There were are few little glitches that the staff attended to when I raised the issue (no hot water for the shower, left cleaning rags in the room, didn't replace towels after cleaning the room). The gym was very well equipped. The location couldn't have been better. I highly recommend the hotel."
