A charming small hotel in the old town of Bilbao, it was close to all the major sights and activities. The rooms are pleasant with high quality linens, and the breakfast is made to order. Highly recommended!

Clean rooms, helpful staff. Shower door is only partially enclosing the shower area so water runs out onto floor. Can see prior repairs of the wood door frame to the bathroom entrance. Nice breakfast assortment to get the day started. Very close to Abando metro station.
Hotel cannot help the following, but others may want to know these:
Homeless cardboard camps outside the entrance and down the street. Dumpsters here smell horribly of urine. Bus stop (not sure which or to where) is right outside the door to the right. Mall across the street has restaurant and small grocery store.
