According to our records you checked in late on 5/8/24 and yes we did not have anyone at the desk overnight on just that 1 night of your stay, however there was a night manager that responded to all guest calls and we did have someone at the desk starting at 7am. As far as the breakfast bar our breakfast bar is more that what is required by Super 8 and ranks in the top 5% nationwide from our guest surveys.Our records indicate you never mentioned this to anyone when you checked out. We are sorry for any inconvenience you had with your stay but unless we know what the problem is and have a chance to correct it, we're like a deer in the headlights. Anytime we have guest concerns that are brought to our attention, we most definitely take care of it.

Mary, you are such a sweet guest. We REALLY enjoyed having you stay at Super 8. We are glad you liked most aspects of your stay & we will improve everywhere we possibly can. We used to do toast but people were burning it, causing a nausiating smell in the dining area. Also fruit, &still do sometimes,just not when you were here...We have tried just about everything & have settled on what we have,many choices for the diner type appetite,its usually a feeding frenzy on the type of weekend yopu came.We really do our best with it! Our staff is so awesome, so thank you for saying that! We have since cracked down on loudness and especially smoking which is now only allowed atleast 50 feet from the building! Guests satisfaction and comments keep us on our toes & we really care what you have to say & will make changes to keep valued guests like you happy. Thanks again, Mary, you are absolutely lovely!
