"I had 2 nights at the property and the room was very well appointed and very clean. A little more attention to detail with regard to a few things like light bulb flickering over the bed not picked up by maintenance or housekeeping and paint chip on the back of the door and staff smoking outside my window. Otherwise all staff were very attentive and courteous.
My room was not ready at 2pm but I was upgraded so no complaints there. Roof top restaurant has an excellent view over the Bosphorus....

"The hotel and staff were excellent. Our room felt truly 5-star, and the breakfast selection was very good. The only issue we encountered involved a local taxi. There are two hotels in Istanbul named Renaissance, located on opposite sides of the city. Be careful — make sure they take you to the correct one so you don’t end up going for an unexpected ride. 🚕"
