We had a famous stay at the Conrad. The staff at the hotel with our children alone was amazing. The hotel is beautiful and in an amazing location. Great pool area and amenities to match.

This review reflects three separate stays this year at the Conrad Istanbul Bosphorus—9 days in January, 11 days in November, and 5 days in December—and the level of consistency throughout each visit has been truly impressive. Regardless of stay length, the service, efficiency, and hospitality were outstanding every time. From management to reception, concierge, bell staff, breakfast service, and housekeeping, the entire team was professional, warm, and attentive. Everything felt seamless, well-coordinated, and genuinely welcoming, which made each stay comfortable and memorable. Breakfast was a daily highlight, with a wide selection of beautifully presented traditional Turkish dishes, fresh fruits, and juices, all enjoyed with stunning views overlooking the Bosphorus. With its exceptional service, beautiful setting, and consistently caring staff, the Conrad Istanbul Bosphorus has become a true home away from home. Highly recommended.

Great Hotel, Not Central, but this is good

The Conrad Istanbul is a very good hotel that delivered exactly what we wanted. As ever with Conrad (we are frequent guests), the room was spotlessly clean and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The Italian restaurant in the hotel is exceptional. The hotel is not in the centre of Istanbul, however aside from the traffic issues (the same wherever you stay) this is quite welcome. The room was in good condition, had a great view of the Bosphorus and was good value for money.

We had a wonderful stay! The staff were super nice and helpful throughout our visit. Our room was clean and comfortable. The gentleman who cleaned our room on the third floor was especially polite and kind — he greeted us with a smile every morning and made sure everything was perfect. I also really liked the breakfast buffet — great selection and delicious food! The only small downside was that we had reserved a king room, but since it wasn’t available, we were given a room with two queen beds instead. Other than that, everything was great, and we truly enjoyed our stay.

We went to this property on our wedding night for a well deserved rest after long wedding preparations. We informed the hotel about this and got the kindest note, champagne, cake and several complementary food . The staff was amazing and the stay was nothing but excellent. Luxury hotel with Bosphorus view

Luxury hotel with a great rooftop bar that has amazing views over the Bosphorus. Slightly too far to walk to the main attractions of Istanbul, especially in hot weather, but very easy to get a taxi from the hotel.
