Nice modern hotel, service questionable.

Good location for Taksim square and trams. Rooms and lobby were clean and spacious. Room turnover was very poor. Unwashed coffee cups in both rooms. Tea/coffee/ toiletries not replenished. Pool was out of use during our stay. Spa was easy to book but poor service, we’re waiting 20 mins beyond our appointment time with no update from staff. Breakfast was ok. Not like advertised though.

I recently stayed at the Nova Plaza Crystal Hotel in Istanbul and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly nice and always willing to help with any requests or questions. The hospitality was top-notch, making me feel very welcomed and comfortable throughout my stay. The hotel’s cleanliness was impeccable, with well-maintained rooms and common areas. The facilities were excellent, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. The breakfast was fantastic, and the manager at the restaurant was very nice. The food was wonderful and provided a great start to each day. Overall, I highly recommend the Nova Plaza Crystal Hotel for anyone visiting Istanbul. It was a fantastic stay, and I look forward to returning in the future.

Terrible, check in was late, had to wait 40 min for our rooms to be ready, unfriendly staff, breakfast was so bad, coffee machine out of order, could not frie eggs two of the days. Juice taste only water, no fresh fruit - only orange. Dry bread. The pillows was so hard and uncomfortable, same with the mattress. Dirty rooms, lot of rubbish under the bed. Only positive was the location, close to Taksim Square and public transport. And the girl who made our rooms were always very sweet and welcoming. Would never stay there again.

The hotel was overall very decent and we enjoyed our stay. The fare per night was also reasonable and it was located very near to Taksim square. The breakfast option was okay given the options included mostly Turkish breakfast items which was not according to our personal palate.

There was sometimes no hand soap or shower gel in the bathroom. The elevator didn’t always work. The nightstands had stains. There was no bottled water service. The view from the window wasn’t nice. The tiny fitness center closed earlier than its posted hours, and the air inside was very stuffy. It was sometimes hard to sleep at night because of loud guests in the hallway. Bed sheets weren’t changed daily. The breakfast buffet didn’t look like the pictures—it had less variety and didn’t seem hygienic. There was no service at breakfast. The building looked a bit run-down.

Property location is excellent, rooms are fairly modern. The view is awful, plus only 1 bottle of water was given between 5 guests. When we arrived for check in, I had paid for a connecting room. We were however placed in 2 separate rooms and told to come back the next day. The check in staff were not transparent and said Id only booked a single family room which wasn't the case. Staff simply shrugged this off, rather than deal with the complaint. Then there's the bell boys constantly harassing for tips, even when they've done nothing to help. One asked for a tip for simply shaking my hand. I have been all over Turkiye, the first time I came to Istanbul was over 20 years ago. This is the first time I have experienced this. What a disgrace they are to the great nation of Turkiye.

L'albergo si trova in una buona posizione Il personale non parlava italiano Le camere erano abbastanza pulite e il servizio l'ho trovato buono. Per quanto riguarda la colazione sono rimasta molto delusa, c'era pochissima scelta di dolci ( quasi zero) le macchinette del caffè non funzionavano quasi mai e il secondo giorno siamo scesi al ristorante e non abbiamo trovato più nulla nonostante fosse l'orario giusto.

Otelin konumu çok iyi. Heryere toplu taşıma ile çok rahat ulaşıyorsunuz. Çalışanlar çok güleryüzlü ve yardımsever ki bence bu otelin en büyük olumlu yanı. Ancak banyoda ki lavabo çok küçük olduğu için yüz yıkarken bile üzeriniz ıslanıyor. Aynı zamanda yemek kokuları katlara kadar çıkıyor.
