"The breakfast eggs were still frozen in the fridge, and two cycles in the toaster was not enough to completely thaw. I don’t expect fresh cooked eggs, but I shouldn’t have to defrost them, or at least provide directions on the best way to warm them up."

"Very clean room. Appears they have upgraded the hotel since the last time I stayed there. The staff was scarce but did respond quickly if they had to be away from the front desk.
