The property was exactly as advertised, in a great location and was spotless. Also, having tea and coffee at the property is only a small touch but has a great impact and shows Manu cares for guests. "Stayed in this hotel for years. It is looking very, very tired. Carpets, fittings need overhauling. Very noisy with International visitors leaving and arriving at all times. Limited dining and bar options. Paid parking controlled by parking eye No clear attempts to reduce single use plastics. Should consider air conditioning with an upgrade. An ok place to stay but looking worn and customer service is lacking."
