The hotel was located beside Victoria station and underground so commuting around the city was easy. The room was very clean and quiet with a fabulous view across the city. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice and the staff were very helpful. We would definitely stay at the Riu again.

Third stay at this hotel, I was sorry this was not recognised by the rather abrupt check in person. Our room was very small and noisy as directly over the terrace.
However, the breakfast was wonderful and the staff in the breakfast room very very lovely too … the jury’s out on whether we will stay again.

The hotel is lovely, the check in staff helpful and the location fantastic.
Our only issue was being unable to get a drink after midnight as residents of the hotel. All of the other hotels we have stayed at at a similar level have had a bar open until 1am for residents. It was disappointing not being able to get a drink after a nightmare commute back from Hackney

"- Breakfast is very basic, would not recommend. Save your money and go somewhere else. - Bedrooms are very dirty and smelly. - Checked in to my bedroom which had a dirty toilet full of stains, the toilet would not flush properly. Water running thru the whole night. Sink getting blocked everytime ..."
