"Nice clean room. As soon as you entered you could smell the cleanliness. Plenty of towels. Quiet, didn’t hear any noise in the hallway. Friendly staff. Breakfast had a good variety to choose from. Definitely would stay here again."
SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Kearney Liberty North
2/10 Terrible
"When we arrived I was greeted by a kiosk not an actual person. When it came time to do the deposit I asked if they had tap to pay and they said I would need the physical card. I explained I was traveling and had grabbed my sisters card on accident instead of mine and the kiosk guy said it was ok to manually enter the numbers, which since it's my card I know them by heart. The guy who was doing laundry came out and said absolutely not. After arguing with them at 10pm finally he let me manually enter the numbers. Then we get to the room and the TV doesn't work it won't connect to the Internet and the AC didn't work. There was a portable unit but that didn't work either it was missing required parts to work properly. And the refrigerator was warm. I called 0 on the phone and was basically refused to move us rooms. Overall this place was horrible and I will NEVER stay at a Sure stay ever again nor will I use hotels.com due to the fact that when I called and complained they had to wait for hotel staff to decide on a refund. Why did I use hotels.com then. Just saying"

10/10 Excellent
"For a budget hotel, this was a great experience. The desk clerk Ashley was very knowledgeable and helpful. The location was perfect and the room rate was about half of the room rated for the two hotels (Home2 and Best Western) on either side of this one. The workout room was well-cooled and had a treadmill, an exercise bike, a lot of free weights, and a multi-purpose weight machine. My room was clean and did not have an overpowering smell of cleaning products as some hotel chains do. The towels were thicker than many budget hotels. The halls and elevator were clean."
"Water was barely warm enough to shower with, power kept going out in my room, washing machine was not working, cardio equipment was sub par, stayed 5 nights and had to ask three separate times to have my room serviced. Night staff was feckless !"
