"Enjoyed the outdoor-indoor pool and the hot tub. The hit tub has no thermometer. Room was very clean and felt very spacious as did the bathroom.There is a dog walking area and the lake and waterfall behind the hotel was picturesque. Asked if there was availability to check in early and the person in the phone said my room was ready. "The motel was great. We had breakfast at Sujo and our waitress was was loud and more worried about a couple in the corner than any of her other tables. She was training and we heard her reprimanding another waitress right next to our table and then blaming the training for table order delay at several tables not just the fact that she was talking to that corner table the whole hour we were there. Very unprofessional and uncomfortable breakfast "

"We stayed here twice in 10 days and both times there was no hot water for a shower and the water pressure was close to 0. Otherwise, the room was comfortable and nice. I was going to make a cup of coffee but the coffee pot looked like it hadn't been used or cleaned in weeks. Very dusty and disgusting. I chose not to make coffee. Housekeeping needs to be sure to clean that little nook on a more regular basis. The breakfast on our last stay had very little to offer. That was disappointing. "

The Embassy experience is worth the price

"Embassy Suites is known for quality. The 2-room suite was clean and very comfortable. The atrium is tasteful with immense water features. We stayed during a period of severe t-storms and tornado watches, and felt very safe. Barely heard the thunder. The only thing of note was that the bar and grill was understaffed. The staff working was super hard working and trying their best. The servers were moving non-stop (shout out to our server Brenda who was excellent and kind). That said, the food was quite good, the pizza excellent. We we're there for a 65th anniversary celebration for our relatives, and staying at the Embassy made it a special weekend indeed. "
