The staff was wonderful, very knowledgeable and helpful. The spa was fantastic, and spending time in the grotto before the massage was so relaxing. I had the best massage I’ve ever had. I will definitely be back!

American Inn North Kansas City
The whole place felt unsafe, gross, reaked of cigarette smoke despite many signs for no smoking. I felt itchy from the room didnt want to sit on the furniture. I would love a refund as I checked out immediately. I was charged for 3 nights. I want a full refund.
