Everything was clean and well kept. The staff were all helpful, kind, and courteous. Parking was plentiful. Breakfast was supplied but just ok. While everything was clean. The room we were in did smell of dog. There had been a ceiling leak and while repaired still had not painted. In fact, the entire room could have used a coat of paint and updated. Again, everything was clean, however the dullness of the room took away from the otherwise good experience

The room was large and comfortable. The beds were great. The room and bath had everything we needed. Amber at the front desk was very friendly and helpful with providing information on dinner options. We didn’t stay for breakfast, but the coffee was good.

The staff at this hotel are amazing!!! We were treated like family. Our dog Henry got treats, pats and lots of love from all the staff that he met. They made our six night stay very pleasant and memorable. We will definitely stay there the next time we’re in Virginia.

My husband LOVES the free breakfast. I do not. Although it's a huge spread, the few pieces of fresh fruit were not ripe and there were no non dairy options for milk. The bed, room, and bathroom were comfy and clean and the staff was super friendly.
