"My stay was extremely disappointing. The hot water faucet in the room was broken, leaving me with only cold water to wash. The sink was also clogged and drained very slowly. In addition, the bathtub had not been properly cleaned. When I arrived late at night and attempted to shower, I found multiple hairs on both the bottom and sides of the tub, which was very unhygienic and upsetting. The situation was made worse by loud repair or construction noise from the floor above beginning before 7:00 a.m. There had been no advance notice or apology regarding this disturbance. While the lobby area appeared presentable, the room itself was not maintained to an acceptable standard. I felt so uncomfortable that I checked out as soon as possible."

"The best hotel I've ever been to hands down. The location is extraordinary at Columbus Circle, you can get to anywhere in New York with the metro station a few steps aways. Whole Foods and Target are right there as well as coffee shops and stores.The staff and service is phenomenal, rooms are clean and wonderful, the views of NY from the room are gorgeous. We went for our honeymoon and we couldn't be happier. Seeing my wife with a smile on her face the whole trip because of how pampered she felt was so worth it. Service from the valets, the concierges, bell boys, cleaning staff, etc is superb. We made the right choice as all of this made this trip feel magical. "
