"The service was great. The food is excellent, too. The room and bathroom were comfortable. The swimming pool is small and the water chilly. Good massage. The karaoke bar can get loud late at night. In the end was a little pricey."

On our 2nd day of staying at hotel we had a family emergency, death in family and Mr Victor and his staff were kind enough to assist without hesitation in what we needed to find flights, transportation and whatever else was needed. "The rooms are clean, on other trips to this hotel the front dest was great. The person this last trip the front desk lady just seem lost on what she need to do to check us in. She even gave us our room with out even having us sign the room docks. She called us back later that day. Breakfast was good. Its alot better then just muffins and toast. Its a good breakfast to start your morning. The breakfast servers do need to focus on all customers not just the ones they think are going to tip them. The parking/ parking staff has always been good to us. Thank you"
